§ 1943

Whenever the necessity arises during an emergency, upon request, the police of one jurisdiction may, pursuant to this subchapter, lawfully enter into another jurisdiction for the purpose of assisting in meeting such emergency.11 Del. C. 1953, § 1943; 57 Del. Laws, c. 433; 75 Del. Laws, c. 36, § 1;
