§ 243

' 'Voluntary act' means a bodily movement performed consciously or habitually as a result of effort or determination, and includes possession if the defendant knowingly procured or received the thing possessed or was aware of the defendant's control thereof for a sufficient period to have been able to terminate possession.11 Del.
