Whoever, being an officer, delivers to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in the officer's custody under the Governor's warrant, in wilful disobedience of § 2510 of this title, shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both.41 Del.
