A person commits theft when, with the intent prescribed in § 841 of this title, the person exercises control over property of another person which the person knows to have been lost or mislaid, or to have been delivered under a mistake as to the identity of the recipient or the nature or value of the property, without taking reasonable measures to return the property to its owner.11 Del.
