A person is guilty of unlawfully dealing with a child when: (1) The person knowingly permits a child less than 18 years old to enter or remain in a place where unlawful narcotics or dangerous drugs activity is maintained or conducted; or (2) The person knowingly permits a child less than 18 years old to enter or remain in a place where unlawful sexual activity is maintained or conducted; or (3) The person knowingly permits a child less than 18 years old to enter or remain in a place where gambling activity which is made unlawful by this Criminal Code is maintained or conducted; or (4) The person, being the proprietor or person in charge of any dance house, concert saloon, theater, museum or similar place of amusement, where wines or spirituous or malt liquors are sold or given away, knowingly admits or permits to remain therein any minor under the age of 18 years, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
