§ 1213

(a) The definitions under § 1209 of this title apply to §§ 1211 and 1212 of this title. (b) As used in § 1211 of this title: (1) 'Protective hairstyle' includes braids, locks, and twists. (2) 'Race' includes traits historically associated with race, including hair texture and a protective hairstyle.11 Del. C. 1953, § 1213; 58 Del. Laws, c. 497, § 1; 83 Del. Laws, c. 13, § 7;
