§ 1247

In any prosecution for compounding a crime, it is an affirmative defense that the benefit did not exceed the amount which the accused believed to be due as restitution or indemnification for harm caused by the crime.11 Del. C. 1953, § 1247; 58 Del. Laws, c. 497, § 1;
