§ 8308

(a) The Superintendent of the State Police is authorized to administer a fund to be known as the 'Crime Reduction Fund.' (b) Expenses for the administration of this Fund shall be paid by the State Treasurer out of funds of the General Fund, not otherwise appropriated, not to exceed $10,000 in any fiscal year.11 Del.
