(a) The investigating law-enforcement agency shall notify the designated media outlets when a Green Alert has been cancelled. (b) A law-enforcement agency that locates a missing member of the armed forces who is the subject of a Green Alert shall notify Delaware Criminal Justice Information System, the National Crime Information Center, and the Delaware Information and Analysis Center as soon as possible that the missing member of the armed forces has been located.81 Del.
