§ 8709

The Executive Director of the Criminal Justice Council shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of a majority of the members of the Council. The Executive Director shall act as secretary to the Council. The Executive Director shall be paid such compensation as shall be determined by the General Assembly. The Executive Director may employ such personnel as are necessary to carry out the functions of this chapter, subject to the approval of the Council and within the limits of any appropriation made by the General Assembly.61 Del.
