§ 8901

(a) The Statistical Analysis Center is hereby located within the Criminal Justice Council. The Director of the Statistical Analysis Center shall be qualified by education or experience to carry out the mission of the Statistical Analysis Center and shall report to the Director of the Criminal Justice Council. (b) The Director of the Statistical Analysis Center may employ such personnel as are necessary to carry out the functions of this chapter, subject to the approval of the Director of the Criminal Justice Council and within the limits of any appropriation made by the General Assembly. The staff of the Statistical Analysis Center is hereby placed under the authority of and is subject to the oversight and supervision of the Director of the Criminal Justice Council.72 Del.
