(a) Unless the form of notice is expressly set forth by this chapter, information required to be furnished under this chapter may be furnished orally or in written form. (b) A person responsible for furnishing information may rely upon the most recent name, address and telephone number furnished by the victim.69 Del. Laws, c. 167, § 1;
