If any statement in the application for registration of a foreign statutory trust was false when made or any arrangements or other facts described have changed, making the application false in any respect, the foreign statutory trust shall promptly file in the Office of the Secretary of State a certificate, executed by a trustee or other authorized person, correcting such statement, together with a fee as set forth in § 3862 of this title.71 Del.
