§ 3926

No person dealing with the receiver of a minor or with a guardian of a person with a disability shall be entitled to rely on the authority of such receiver or guardian to: (1) Release claims; (2) Settle tort claims; or (3) Convey title to real property without prior court approval of such act.69 Del.
