§ 117

(a) The person performing the marriage shall, within 4 days after the ceremony, return to the issuing clerk of the peace such forms and papers as the Department of Health and Social Services may prescribe. (b) The clerk of the peace shall immediately enter in the Marriage Record Book, as prescribed by the Department of Health and Social Services, the date of the marriage and the name of the person performing the ceremony.27 Del.
