§ 201

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) 'Civil union' means a legal union between 2 individuals of the same sex established pursuant to this chapter. (2) 'Party' or 'party to a civil union' means an individual who is a party to a civil union established pursuant to this chapter.78 Del. Laws, c. 22, § 1;
