§§ 8-638. No right to reimbursement. If the court determines that an individual is not the parent of a child, the individual shall have no right to reimbursement for any child support or medical expenses paid prior to the date on which the other party or the public agency to which the payments were or are being made was served with notice of the proceeding in which the determination of nonparentage was made.74 Del.
