§ 1003

The State Board of Education is hereby authorized and empowered to reorganize school districts pursuant to this chapter. Any such reorganization shall meet at least the following criteria: (1) Provide a complete instructional program for grades 1 through 12 except as may be provided for vocational and/or technical education; (2) Be composed of whole component school districts or parts of component school districts or any combination of whole and parts of component school districts without regard to any specific provisions of this chapter which would otherwise require the preservation of the boundaries of any component school district.14 Del.
