§ 1316

The Department of Education shall determine the number and months of employment in a school year of the personnel employed in each district whose salaries may be paid out of state funds under any salary schedule contained in this chapter, except teachers whose salaries are paid for 10 months per year and except such numbers and months of employment of personnel otherwise specified by law.46 Del.
