Any bonds issued pursuant to this chapter shall be designated by the name of the district issuing the bonds and the year in which the bonds are issued. The bonds shall be numbered consecutively and shall bear date as of the date approved by the school board of the district issuing the bonds. Each of the bonds shall be numbered consecutively and the coupons attached thereto shall bear the same number as the bond itself.32 Del. Laws, c. 160, § 53; 34 Del.
