(a) The Office of Child Care Licensing may impose civil penalties not to exceed $100 for each violation of § 3004A of this title. (b) The Office of Child Care Licensing may proceed for the collection of the money civil penalty not otherwise paid through an action brought by the Office of Child Care Licensing in any court of competent jurisdiction.
