Bradford Barnes Memorial Scholarship. (a) One scholarship will be awarded each year to a graduating high school senior who will enter the University of Delaware. (b) The Office will award scholarships only to students who have received an offer of admission from the University of Delaware. The award must be accepted by the deadline established by the Office and may not be deferred. (c) Scholarships will be awarded in an amount sufficient to meet the costs of tuition, required fees, room, board, and books at the University of Delaware.66 Del. Laws, c. 280, § 1; 73 Del.
