§ 3705

The Department of Education and local school districts shall see that the rebuilding of school buildings and the replacement of school equipment, destroyed in whole or in part by fire or other casualty within their respective jurisdictions under this chapter, are carried out with all reasonable dispatch.36 Del. § 3705. Prompt replacement of property.
