§ 5102

The leading object of the University shall be to promote the liberal and practical education of persons of all classes in the several pursuits and professions in life through the teaching of classical, scientific and agricultural subjects, the mechanical arts, military tactics and such other subjects as are related to and will contribute to the achievement of the objectives of a land-grant state University.Code 1852, § 781; 13 Del.
