The compensation of Board members shall be as provided in the Budget Act; provided, however, that no Board member shall receive compensation for any Board meeting for which such member was not in attendance. In addition, the State Election Commissioner shall not be entitled to any additional compensation by virtue of his or her service as an ex officio member of the Board.19 Del.
