(a) In addition to the notaries public for the respective counties authorized to be appointed by any other law, the Governor shall appoint as notaries public: (1) Three employees of the Department of Elections for New Castle County; and (2) One employee and the Director of the Departments of Elections for Kent and Sussex Counties.
