§ 2109

All the powers and duties conferred or enjoined upon registration officers by this chapter are expressly made the powers and duties of all alternate registration officers in the absence of any registration officer from that registration alternate officer's election district or the registrar's disability to perform the duties imposed upon such registration officer by this chapter.21 Del.
