§ 3124

(a) The Department shall cause to be created the ballots to be used in any primary election. (b) The names of all candidates for nomination for the same office must be placed under the title of the office, the surname of candidates to be placed in alphabetical order, and may not be separated one from another by any other matter.20 Del.
