§ 4741

(a) The Department shall train the appointed election officers on their duties for each election conducted in accordance with this title. This training shall include instruction on applicable election law, the proper conduct of the election and operation of the voting machines. (b) The Department shall prior to the day of the election file a report with the State Election Commissioner stating the number of election officers who were trained for the election.
