§ 4944

A vote for the candidates of a political party for President and Vice President of the United States shall be a vote for all the electors of President and Vice President of such party, the names of whom are on file with the State Election Commissioner and shall be as effective as if the vote was given directly for the electors.Code 1935, § 1814A; 44 Del.
