Whoever induces or attempts to induce any elector to write, paste or otherwise place on that elector's own ballot the name of any person, or any sign or device of any kind, as a distinguishing mark by which to indicate to any other person how such elector has voted; or whoever enters into or attempts to form any agreement or conspiracy with any other person to induce or attempt to induce any elector to so place any distinguishing mark or name on that elector's own ballot, whether or not such act be committed or attempted to be committed; shall be imprisoned not more than 2 years.19 Del.
