§ 132

The Secretary or the Secretary's designee may apply for and accept on behalf of the State, may deposit with the State Treasurer and may expend for the purposes for which granted or advanced, any grant or advance made by the United States or by any agency or officer thereof to assist in meeting the cost of carrying out the purposes of § 131 of this title.45 Del.
