§ 154

Bissell Hospital. The Division of Public Health may admit such persons to the institution known as the Emily P. Bissell Hospital for the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis and other chronic diseases which are amenable to treatment, rehabilitation or both, as in the judgment of the Division may be proper and may provide for the care, treatment and support of such persons under such rules and regulations as may be from time to time established by the Division.33 Del.
