The Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services shall furnish annually to the Governor a full account of its expenditures and disbursements under this subchapter. It shall also at the same time report to the Governor the work of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services for the year, including the number of persons treated, the results of treatment, as nearly as can be ascertained and such other information as may be of public interest and value.
