§ 156

The Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services shall furnish annually to the Governor a full account of its expenditures and disbursements under this subchapter. It shall also at the same time report to the Governor the work of the Secretary of the Department of Health and Social Services for the year, including the number of persons treated, the results of treatment, as nearly as can be ascertained and such other information as may be of public interest and value. Such report shall at all times be open to the inspection of the citizens of the State in the office of the Secretary of State.25 Del. Laws, c. 74, § 6; Code 1915, § 830; 29 Del.
