§ 162

Every official department and public officer in the State, excepting the members of the General Assembly and the judiciary, in possession of information relating to the purposes of this subchapter shall, upon request of the Department of Health and Social Services, cooperate with it in carrying out the purposes of this subchapter.32 Del.
