§ 167

In the event of the receipt of funds from the federal government or from other sources for the purposes of § 165 or 166 of this title the State Treasurer shall: (1) Receive such funds; (2) Act as custodian of such funds; (3) Keep them in a special account to be known as the 'Fund for Children With Physical Disabilities;' and (4) Disburse these funds upon orders signed by the Secretary or the Secretary's designee.Code 1935, § 819A; 41 Del.
