§ 182

Each optometric clinic shall be supervised and directed by 1 optometrist or 1 eye physician, duly licensed to practice optometry under the laws of this State, to be appointed by the Secretary or the Secretary's designee to carry out this subchapter and shall serve during the pleasure of the Secretary or the Secretary's designee and receive such compensation for services rendered as shall be determined by the Secretary or the Secretary's designee.16 Del.
