In addition to civil money penalties, the Department may impose any or all of the following remedies for noncompliance with this chapter and the regulations promulgated pursuant to it or for noncompliance with § 1731A of Title 24 or § 903 of this title: (1) Require monitoring at facility expense, according to the terms and conditions, including timeframes, determined necessary by the Department.
