In addition to civil money penalties, the Department may impose any or all of the following remedies for noncompliance with this chapter and the regulations promulgated pursuant to it or for noncompliance with § 1731A of Title 24 or § 903 of this title: (1) Require monitoring at facility expense, according to the terms and conditions, including timeframes, determined necessary by the Department. (2) Suspend the admission or readmission of residents to the long-term care facility under the terms and conditions, including timeframes, determined by the Department. (3) Transfer residents whose care needs are not being met by the licensee. (4) Suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew a license. (5) In cases where the physical health or safety of residents is in imminent risk, issue an emergency order temporarily transferring the management of the facility to another qualified entity under the terms and conditions, including timeframes, determined by the Department.
