(a) Justices of the Peace shall have jurisdiction over violations of this subchapter. (b) The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction over appeals of the decisions entered pursuant to subsection (a) of this section. Such appeals shall be on the record.67 Del. Laws, c. 76, § 1;
