(a) In cooperation with the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families, the Office shall establish standards for treatment facilities that must be met for a treatment facility to be licensed as a public or private treatment facility. (b) In coordination with the Department of Services for Children, Youth and Their Families, the Office periodically shall inspect licensed public and private treatment facilities at least every 2 years. (c) The Office shall maintain a list of licensed public and private treatment facilities. (d) Each licensed public and private treatment facility shall file with the Office, on request, data, statistics, schedules and information the Office reasonably requires. A licensed public or private treatment facility that without good cause fails to furnish any data, statistics, schedules or information as requested or files fraudulent returns thereof may be removed from the list of licensed treatment facilities, as its license will be either revoked or suspended.
