§ 2223

(a) Any person that willingly causes or conspires with or assists another to cause: (1) The unwarranted involuntary confinement of any individual in a substance abuse treatment facility under this chapter; or (2) The denial to any individual of any of the rights accorded to said individual under this chapter; Shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year, or both. (b) The Superior Court shall have jurisdiction of offenses under this section.73 Del. Laws, c. 358, § 2;
