§ 313

The local board of health may procure suitable places for the reception of persons under quarantine and persons sick with the Asiatic or malignant cholera or any other malignant of infectious or contagious disease. In all cases where sick persons cannot otherwise be provided for, the local board may procure for them proper medical and other attendance and necessaries.16 Del.
