The expenses incurred by all officials in performing the duties imposed by §§ 3302-3317 of this title, including reasonable compensation for services rendered, shall be paid by requisition upon the State Treasurer, when approved by the Governor, out of the funds in hand not otherwise appropriated.24 Del.
