The Department of Health and Social Services may enforce this chapter and, if necessary, call to its assistance the sheriff of any county or any constable within the State. The sheriffs and constables of the respective counties of the State shall assist the Department of Health and Social Services in enforcing this chapter whenever they shall be called upon by the Department of Health and Social Services.28 Del.
