§ 4303

No soft drink or other nonalcoholic beverage (except apple cider) not manufactured in this State shall be sold or offered for sale in this State unless such drink or beverage is first inspected and registered with the Department of Health and Social Services. A license fee of $57.50, which may be renewed annually, shall be paid by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent or dealer to the Department of Health and Social Services.Code 1915, § 780A; 33 Del.
