§ 4312

The Department of Health and Social Services shall have authority to approve artificial sweeteners for use in carbonated beverages. Such approval shall be in writing and the Department of Health and Social Services will publish a list of such approved artificial sweeteners. Bottles or other containers filled with carbonated beverage to which artificial sweetener approved by the Department of Health and Social Services has been added shall be labeled 'DIETETIC.' The label of each container shall also have printed thereon the name of the artificial sweetener used and the amount of the same which has been added.Code 1915, § 780H; 33 Del.
