(a) Any prescription drug which is ordered, sold, dispensed or delivered in violation of this subchapter is hereby declared to be contraband and may be seized by any peace officer authorized to enforce the provisions of this subchapter. (b) Any prescription drugs seized pursuant to this subchapter shall be subject to forfeiture pursuant to the provisions and procedures set forth in § 4784 of this title.76 Del. Laws, c. 410, § 1;
