(a) Except as authorized by this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to do any of the following: (1) Manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 3 quantity. (2) Possess a controlled substance in a Tier 3 quantity. (3) Manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity and an aggravating factor applies.
