§ 502

Every physician or other person having knowledge of any person who is suffering from any disease dangerous to the public health, which the Department of Health and Social Services may require to be reported shall report the same to the local health board or official nearest such physician's or other person's place of residence, giving the name, age, sex and color of the patient and the house or place where the patient may be found.16 Del.
