§ 5023

(a) Any person who wilfully causes, or conspires with or assists another to cause: (1) The unwarranted hospitalization of any individual in the Delaware Psychiatric Center under this chapter; or (2) The denial to any individual of any of the rights accorded to said individual under this chapter shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year, or both.
